Network & IP Addresses
For customers who restrict access to their systems by IP address, for example a firewall rule for an on-premises platform or an IP restriction on a cloud tenant.
1. Addresses AgentPulse connects from
AgentPulse runs on a high-availability cluster of three nodes. Any node can be the one that polls your platform or sends notifications, and this changes during maintenance and failover. Allow all three addresses.
| Address | Protocol / port |
|---|---|
2.28.133.56 | HTTPS (443/tcp) or the port of your platform's API |
188.245.30.148 | HTTPS (443/tcp) or the port of your platform's API |
152.53.205.230 | HTTPS (443/tcp) or the port of your platform's API |
These connections only read status information. They authenticate with credentials you issue (an API application or API key) and can revoke at any time.
2. Address you connect to
The web app, the customer portal and webhook deliveries (for example from UiPath Automation Cloud) use agent-pulse.net on HTTPS (443/tcp). Please allow the host name rather than an IP address: the address behind it can change during failover.
